Thril is not just a booking platform. Of course, you can book courts through Thril, but we offer much more. Thril is an app that simplifies finding, managing, and enjoying all recreational sports:

What is pickup?
Pickup is a free sports event open to all Thril users, which anyone on the platform can organize. Pickups can be open training sessions, games, or community runs. If you’re looking for exercise companions, pickup is for you!
Can I use Thril without the app?
Yes. You can also use Thril in your browser at app.thril.fi.
Can I pay directly through Thril?
Yes. You can pay securely through Thril using credit cards, bank transfers, MobilePay, or sports benefits like Epassi, Wolt Benefits, Edenred, or Zevoy. You can also split payments with friends.
Can I pay with employee benefits in Thril?
Yes. You can pay directly in Thril using employee benefits like Epassi, Wolt Benefits, Edenred, and Zevoy. By selecting your desired sports benefit from the payment options, you can pay easily without any extra hassle.
What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?
The most common reason is a temporary issue with the card or payment method. First, check that your card details are up to date and that there are sufficient funds. If the payment still fails, try another payment method or wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support, and we will investigate the issue.
Does using Thril cost anything?
No. The app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for what you use: bookings, memberships, or products from your favorite places.
Does Thril charge service fees?
No. Thril does not charge consumers service fees. You pay exactly what the service provider charges.
What should I do if I have issues with my booking?
You can manage cancellations or changes directly in the app (according to the venue’s rules). You can also contact the venue or use Thril’s built-in chat feature. Additionally, our website has support channels and a feedback form. If you need help, reach out, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
You can cancel a booking or event directly in the app. Cancellation policies vary between venues. Always check the venue’s terms to see how late you can cancel and if you will get a refund. You will always see the specific venue’s terms when booking before payment.
Where can I use Thril?
Thril is currently available in Finland, Estonia, and Sweden. We will soon expand to the Baltic countries and other parts of Northern Europe. New centers join every month, so keep an eye on the app to see the latest activity spots.
What if my sports venue is not yet on Thril?
No worries! You can suggest a venue directly through the app or by contacting us. We can’t wait for the network of sports venues to grow, and we’re happy to share more with new contacts! New places are constantly joining, so it’s worth actively following the app.
